Luxana: Really?

John: We do a background check on anyone we consider hiring, we did one on Barry and one on you too. You both have unblemished records as far as we can tell. So, as one of our Project Managers is fond of saying, "It is what it is."

Luxana: That makes the offer a little intimidating, but I'll still go through with it. Jeez, what if I get turned down like Barry?
